A plain-language summary of how the current Amar Sathi Web/PWA Beta handles information.

Information you enter
The current beta can store a family contact, doctor contact, medicine entries, blood group, allergy notes, address and check-in time. This information is stored locally in the browser on the device through browser storage.
Location
Location is requested only when the user chooses the emergency location-SMS feature. The browser asks for permission. If permission is granted, the app uses the coordinates to prepare a Google Maps location link inside the SMS composer. Amar Sathi does not currently upload that location to an Amar Sathi server.
Phone and SMS actions
Call and SMS buttons open the device’s phone or messaging application using standard links. The user is responsible for confirming the call or sending the message.
Accounts and cloud storage
The current Web/PWA Beta does not require an Amar Sathi account and does not currently synchronize data to a cloud database.
Advertising
No advertising is enabled in the current Amar Sathi beta. If advertising is introduced in a future website or Android release, this policy will be updated before launch to explain the advertising provider, cookies/identifiers, consent choices and any related data use.
Clearing data
You can use the app Settings page to clear locally stored Amar Sathi data. Clearing browser/site data can also remove it.
